Iomega 34796 Review: This drive has a couple benefits over the rest of the field. Firstly it has fire-wire. That's a plus of you have a Mac or a PC with that interface because, at least from my measurements, data transfer is about 30% faster than using USB. Secondly it is well built. I ran an accidental durability test when I dropped it onto a hard surface while it was plugged in and spinning.
