Elope A5402 Review: I bought this hat as a costume piece for an invitee to my 30th Birthday Party. I am throwing a Mad Hatter Tea Party and the hat is GREAT!!!! It is really BIG and you can unzip the inside of the hat in order to stuff it with something that helps it keep its shape. I used the packing materials and that has worked really well.
